This morning, my daughter got me up before dawn to take her Camp Gladiator class. I didn’t embarrass myself too badly, but slightly pulled a hamstring during a sprint near the end of the class. Anthony hooked me up with an ice pad when we got home and I am not feeling too bad.

Later Jessica and I toured downtown McKinney TX and enjoyed a little gelato.
During the evening we went see the Rough Riders AA baseball team (Texas Rangers farm system) play, but lose 10-5.
We were joined by friends.
